Accreditations may be collected at the Media Centre as from May 18th, 11.00 a.m. in the Palacio de Congresos, Paseo de la Castellana, 99.

In order to collect the accreditations, a letter from the director of the firm identifying the journalists for whom accreditation has been requested shall be required

Accreditation allows access to the International Press Centre and to receive information concerning the Royal Wedding. Televisión Española and Radio Nacional de España shall provide the institutional signal, with international sound, of the Solemnization of the Matrimony, of the procession through the streets of Madrid and of the visit to the Royal Basilica of Our Lady of Atocha. Likewise, Agencia EFE shall supply photographic material under a pool system to the accredited press.

The cards with the assigned media spots will be given necessarily to one of the reporters accredited by that media firm, on May 20th, as from 10.00 a.m.

All reporters will visibly display their official badge and, as appropriate, the card with the media spot assigned to them.

Media coordinators will be provided with the necessary means to check the correct assignment of reporters at each media spot.

Television Stations

Televisión Española will offer the official television signal of the wedding, the procession to the Basilica of Atocha, the offering of the bouquet, the family portraits and shots of the wedding banquet. Requests for TVE's official signal must be made to Mr. Jesus Buhigas, at telephone number (+34)91.581.74.11.

Telemadrid will provide the footage of the guests' arrival at the dinner at El Pardo Royal Palace on May 21st, the greetings to the guests, and of the main dining tables. It will not be possible to generate one's own signal or to personalise television stations from the media spots.

Due to space constraints, the media spot card assigned to each television station is only valid for a person with an ENG camera.

Radio Stations
